Lafaek News- Secretary State for Professional Training and Employment (SEFOPE) conducted a meeting with Portugal Embassy. The meeting was aim to thank the Portugal ambassador for the help and support which is given to Timorese to get a chance working in England as well as Ireland.
State secretary for professional training and employment Alarico de Rosário said, the meeting was about strengthening the good cooperation between SEFOPE and Portugal embassy in order to support Timorese people who have the will to work in England and Ireland.
“We would like to thank Portugal ambassador for the effort in supporting East Timor people, access to work in England and Ireland and we also appreciate the good cooperation they have with us,” said State secretary for professional training and employment Alarico de Rosário in SEFOPE hall Kaikoli, Wednesday (02/09/2020)
He said that SEFOPE also discuss with Portugal embassy about allowing Timorese government to get a chance to accompany and visit East Timor people who has the drive to work there using Portugal passport.
SEFOPE has now cooperated with England, Ireland to work with Portugal government in order to continually allow East Timor people to work in England and Ireland.
He concluded, SEFOPE has witnessed Tibar central training which now has accumulated many Timorese people who have the will to attend the training.
